Put your banner in the "Portal"

Rules

1.If you decide to put your banner in the portal, your site must put one of the forum banners inside.
2.If you want to put your site banner in the forum, but you do not want your site to have one of the forum banners, you have to pay:
For one week: $0.50 (fifthy cents).
For one month: $2 (two dollars).
For two months: $4 (four dollars).
For one year: $20 (twenty dollars).
When you decide to put your banner in the forum, please contact the Administrator.
4.If one member does not obey the rules he/she will be banned for a definite period of time.
